This partnership comprises two parties: the joint partner, who bears full responsibility for the company's debts and obligations, and the silent partner, who is liable only to the extent of their capital contribution. This service facilitates the following actions:

Issuance of the commercial register and articles of incorporation.
Issuance of an immediate commercial license (optional).
Opening an establishment file with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Register for zakat through the electronic portal of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
Registering the establishment with the General Organization for Social Insurance.

The age shall not be less than 18 years, and in the event that the applicant is a minor under the age of puberty, the guardianship deed shall be submitted.
The partners should not be government employees.
The commercial registration shall not be canceled, suspended or terminated, if one of the partners is a corporate partner.
The following must be verified in the event that the company's capacity is (professional):
The presence of a valid professional license for the partners.
The proportion of the licensed Saudi partner shall not be less than 25% if the company is a mixed company.
The percentage of licensed partners shall not be less than 70%.

Existence of a legal document in the event that one of the partners is a government agency, a civil institution, a charitable association, or an endowment, to give him the right to establish a company or participate in a company.
The existence of a license from the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia, in case the activity requires it.
