The ministry of commerce and industry launched a study tied to customs' tariff exempts regulations, in collaboration with A.T. Kearney, a world recognized consultancy firm and the National Program to Develop Industrial Areas.
In its first phase, the study aims to assess regulations related to tariffs' exemption as well as upgrading its impact on the national economy in general and industrial sector, in particular.
Ministries of Finance, Planning and Economy, in addition to Saudi Customs, are taking part, too, in the study.
