Real Estate Committee, at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, began overseeing the finishing of Ithra'a mall, following signing a contract of implementing and marketing of the mall, in Riyadh, in the presence of its President Dr. TAWFIG FAWZAN ALRABIAH, the minister of commerce and industry.
The committees aims to liquidate the whole scheme project, in order to refund the subscribers out of the capital as well as the profits.
Dr. Al-Rabia'ah underscored the significance of the project, follow up the contractors, in order to guarantee on time carrying out with required workings, in accordance to the approved engineering standards, within 4 months, to pave the way for its opening.
Noteworthy, MCI has managed to secure the fund needed to make the job, a timely success.
