MCI, The Participation of Madinah Chamber of Commerce Election has been Increased by 415%, due to E-Voting

The election of the Board of Directors of Madinah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has witnessed a rise in the voting and participation rate by 415%, compared to the previous election, where 4,486 voters have participated in the current session No. (14), while 871 voters participated in the previous session No. (13).

MCI decision for making online voting has enabled the voters to participate highly in the elections of the boards of directors of the chambers of commerce and industry. MCI has provided a unified electronic link, so that the voters don't have to attend the polling station. This procedure has been reflected on the participation rates.

MCI has facilitated the procedures for male and female voters, also developed the mechanism of voting from manual to electronic, without the need to attend the polling station. Voting has been done through the following unified link for all Chambers of Commerce (Voting.mci.gov.sa​). Male and female voters would vote easily without any trouble or waiting.

This service comes within a series of e-services provided by MCI, aiming at increasing the number of voters in the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
