The Ministry of Commerce Inspectors Carry out 776 Inspection Tours to Control the Prices of the Stores Selling Supplies for Barber Shops and Beauty Centers in all Regions of the Kingdom

 MC inspectors have carried out 776 inspection tours to control the prices of the stores selling supplies for barber shops and beauty centers in all regions of the Kingdom, and to ensure the commitment of all concerned parties regarding the approved preventive measures & protocols to address the spread of Covid-19.

The Ministry's inspection tours targeted the wholesale and retail markets selling items for barber shops and beauty centers.

During the inspection tours, MC inspectors have verified and ensured the commitment and compliance of all stores with the Consumer Protection Regulations, in addition to monitoring the marketing offers and promotions made by these stores during this period, so that to ensure the absence of any deception or misleading towards the consumers, besides taking all legal measures against any violation, as well as imposing the proper penalties on the violators.

The Ministry of Commerce urges all consumers to lodge their complaints and reports round the clock through MC Consumer Call Center (1900), or through the application of a Commercial Violation Report, or via the Ministry’s official website.
