The French President Francois Holland, received on Wednesday visiting Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. TAWFIG FAWZAN ALRABIAH and accompanying delegation comprising statesmen as well as businessmen, taking part in the 1st Saudi-French business opportunities' forum, at the Elysee.
The 2-day long forum is organized by MCI, in collaboration with the French Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Committee of International Trade of the Council of Saudi Chambers.
The reception was attended by the minister of foreign trade and the minister of industry and a number of senior officials, from the French side.
The forum is the biggest Saudi-French gathering, to have interest in promoting economic, commercial and investment aspects in the two countries and between them, and witnesses participation of a considerable number of senior officials, from both countries, in addition to an elite of investors, businessmen and top level CEOs.
The forum discuss means to enhance bilateral cooperation in a number of important sectors, such commercial, health related, educational, infrastructure and energy etc…..
Holding of this forum, followed previous various successes made by MCI, in so many countries such as U.S. Belgium and Japan.
A royal approval has been issued, in this respect, to expand the drive to hold likewise forums, in order to include other countries of paramount commercial-cum-economic to the Kingdom.
