The Ministry of Commerce has issued a recall for 665 Ford Territory model 2023 vehicles, as a precautionary measure due to a potential issue with the steering column. This defect could result in detachment and loss of control while driving, posing a risk of accidents.
Owners of these vehicles are strongly advised to immediately stop using them and contact their local dealerships to arrange for repairs and compensation. The Ministry emphasizes the importance of ensuring the safety of vehicle occupants.
The Ministry asked owners to verify if their vehicle chassis number is included in the recall by visiting the Defective Product Recall Center website (Recalls.sa) and contacting Al Jazirah Vehicles and Mohammed Yousuf Naghi Company, the local dealers, for the necessary free repairs.
