The Ministry of Commerce has launched new services for joint-stock and foreign companies via its digital branch, aiming to facilitate the process of starting up a business and incentivize business environment.
The Ministry said that the new services for joint stock included the formation of a joint stock company, the conversion to a joint-stock company, the issuance of no-objection letters to listed joint-stock companies, the issuance of a ministerial decision announcing the formation or conversion of the company into a joint stock company.
The new services also made it possible to form foreign or mixed companies, issue foreign company branches, renew, modify, and delete foreign company commercial registers, and request a commercial register extract for foreign companies.
All of these services can be completed online and there is no need to visit the Ministry's headquarters.
