H.E. Dr. Majid Abdullah Al-Qasabi, the Minister of Commerce, emphasized the crucial role authorized auto agents play in providing regular maintenance services, warranties, and necessary spare parts to boost consumer satisfaction. Al-Qasabi also stressed the importance of strict quality control and fair pricing.
During a meeting with 36 authorized auto agents, the Minister of Commerce discussed the challenges related to spare parts availability, as well as ways to improve car services and warranties. The Minister emphasized that the Ministry will increase inspection visits to ensure consumer rights are protected.
The Minister of Commerce regularly holds meetings with private sector representatives to address challenges and enhance service quality, product quality indicators, and consumer satisfaction. These meetings aim to identify and rectify any shortcomings in all aspects of consumer-related services.
