The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has announced the start of issuing the seasonal discounts licenses for the 89th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the Electronic Discounts System, as from 19 - 25 September, 2019, corresponding to 20-26 Muharram, 1441 AH. The shops and e-stores can apply for the Seasonal Discounts Licenses without any deduction from their annual discounts balance.
The E-Discounts System, launched by the Ministry of Commerce & Investment in cooperation with Thiqa Business Services Co. early April last year, enables the issuance of the seasonal discounts licenses online.
MCI invites owners of shops and e-stores in the Kingdom to avail of this service and apply for the seasonal discounts licenses through the following link:
Sales.mci.gov.sa then choose the type of license, fill in the requested data, pay the fees through SADAD, finally print the license .
