Real Estate Schemes' Committee of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI), announced selling of six units of Al-Taqniyah scheme plot, giving to the Eastern Ring Road's two exits no. 17 and 18 for a national company, at a total sum of SR 67,295,156,4 at SR 3240 per Sq.k for the whole size of these six units, at more than Sq.m. 20,700.
The decision has been taken on the basis of the highest bid, offered by interested businessmen and real estate developers competed to buy these units.
