The electronic branch enables the Ministry’s customers wishing to visit one of the customer service centers around the Kingdom to benefit from manual services, to apply online by selecting the service from the list of services and specifying the area, and then uploading the necessary attachments for the request to be studied by the concerned employee and responding to it without the need to review the Ministry’s branches.​

This service is only available in Arabic, therefor, Arabic speaking stakeholders can benefit from it.​
