The electronic branch enables the Ministry’s customers wishing to visit one of the customer service centers around the Kingdom to benefit from manual services, to apply online by selecting the service from the list of services and specifying the area, and then uploading the necessary attachments for the request to be studied by the concerned employee and responding to it without the need to review the Ministry’s branches.​

This service is only available in Arabic, therefor, Arabic speaking stakeholders can benefit from it.​

Mechanism of using the service

Service Steps Electronic branch
  1. Log in to the service.
  2. Log in to the account (username and password).
  3. Click on the (Submit a New Application) icon.
  4. Enter the commercial registry number, specify the region, and then the type of service.
  5. Click on the (Start Service) icon.
  6. Enter the necessary attachments and notes and then click on the (Send request) icon to be checked and approved by the employee online.
