A legal document must be available if one of the partners is a government entity, entitling them to establish a company or participate in one. A license from the Saudi Central Bank must be available if the activity requires it. The commercial registration must not be cancelled or suspended if one of the partners is a legal partner. The age must not be less than 18 years. The partners must not be government employees. Verify the following if the company is a professional company: - The partners must have a valid professional license. - The percentage of licensed Saudi partners in the joint venture must not be less than 25%. - The percentage of licensed partners must not be less than 70%. The existence of a valid investment license.
