This service enables the customer to reserve a commercial name and protect it for a period of 60 days until a commercial registration is issued

The service is available in Arabic and English

Click on start service.
Login by username and password.
Click on "My Trade Names" icon
Fill in the required information and specify the type of booking (Suggested-Special)
Click on "Initial Enquiry" icon.
After approving the initial enquiry request, click on “Send, then to be checked and approved by the concerned employee online.

The trade name must not be similar to the singular or plural form or identical to a trade name previously registered for another person.
The trade name must not be non-Arabic or have no meaning.
The trade name must not be a family name unless the name exists and has the same activity for the customer and has been previously registered to it.
That the name does not contain the title (lawyer - master - lady - prince - princess - sheikh - father - brother)
The words Gulf, Arabic, international and international are attributes that are accepted with the trade name.
It is not allowed to add activities in the trade name such as (contracting - trading - maintenance - real estate)
All names with religious overtones are prohibited. *Prohibited names are attached
It is required that the trade name does not contain the name of a non-Arab country or city.
You cannot reserve a trade name that contains the word “group” except after reviewing the Ministry to fulfill the conditions.

The maximum number of reserved names accepted for a customer is only three.
