What are the requirements for obtaining a professional license?

1- The applicant must be a Saudi citizen or a national of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
2- The applicant must not hold a government job under the civil service system.
3- If the applicant is a military employee, a letter from the military entity stating the work experience is required.
4- The applicant must hold at least a bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college in the Kingdom or any other foreign qualification equivalent to a Saudi bachelor's degree as assessed by the Ministry of Education. If the academic qualification obtained from a Saudi institution issued in English, it must be translated by a certified translation office.
5- The academic qualification must be related to the profession for which the license is sought.
6- The work experience must be documented in the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) or the Masar service (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development) and must be consistent with the academic qualification and related to the profession for which the license is sought, along with a certificate from the entity confirming the work experience and job title in Arabic.
7- The applicant must accumulate the required number of points for a professional license based on the academic qualification and work experience.

This service allows you to search the database of individuals licensed to practice consulting professions and review the licensee's details, such as
the type of license, professional office name, licensee's name, qualifications, license number, city, and region, etc.
This service simplifies the process of accessing licensee information electronically, eliminating the need to visit the Ministry branches.


What is the procedure for obtaining a license for a branch of a professional office?

2- Click on “Start Service”.

3- Log in to the account using your (nationality, mobile number, and captcha code) or through the unified login (username and password).
4- Click on the "Licenses" icon and submit a request to issue a branch for the professional license.
5- Fill in the required fields and attach the necessary documents.
6- Click on "Send Request" icon to be reviewed and approved by the employee electronically.
7- After the request is approved by the employee, you can print the license electronically by clicking on "Licenses" icon, selecting "Procedure" icon, and then clicking on "Print" through the website.

4- Select "Licenses" icon and click on "Print" action.​


What are the fees for issuing, renewing, amending a professional license?
