1- The applicant must be a Saudi citizen or a national of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
2- The applicant must not hold a government job under the civil service system.
3- If the applicant is a military employee, a letter from the military entity stating the work experience is required.
4- The applicant must hold at least a bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college in the Kingdom or any other foreign qualification equivalent to a Saudi bachelor's degree as assessed by the Ministry of Education. If the academic qualification obtained from a Saudi institution issued in English, it must be translated by a certified translation office.
5- The academic qualification must be related to the profession for which the license is sought.
6- The work experience must be documented in the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) or the Masar service (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development) and must be consistent with the academic qualification and related to the profession for which the license is sought, along with a certificate from the entity confirming the work experience and job title in Arabic.
7- The applicant must accumulate the required number of points for a professional license based on the academic qualification and work experience.
