1- Go to the website of the Ministry of Commerce.

2- Electronic services - commercial agency services - agency registration service.

3- Login to the account (username and password) or through the national access.

4- Fill in the required data and attach the necessary documents.

5- Click on the “Send Request” icon to be checked and approved by the Ministry employee.

6- After accepting the application by the employee, the service fee will be paid

7- Print the commercial agency registration certificate electronically after paying the fees.

What is the mechanism for submitting a commercial agency registration renewal application?

A letter from the foreign principal stating the renewal of the contract based on what was mentioned in the contract concluded between the two parties. The letter is certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the client's country and the Saudi Embassy in the client's country.

If both parties to the contract are Saudis, the contract shall be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Kingdom.

If the principal is a foreigner, the original contract shall be attested by the following competent authorities:

- Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Chamber of Commerce in the client's country (if any)

The Saudi embassy in the client's country

What is the mechanism for submitting a request to amend the registration of a commercial agency?

1- A letter from the foreign principal stating the amendment of the contract based on what was mentioned in the contract concluded between the two parties, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the client’s country and the Saudi embassy in the client’s country.

2- A letter from the Saudi principal stating the amendment of the contract based on what was mentioned in the contract concluded between the two parties, certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Kingdom.

3- If an article (amending the basic contract) is not mentioned, the amendment shall be made according to the conclusion of a new contract between the two parties.

4- If the two parties to the contract are Saudis, the contract shall be attested by the Chamber of Commerce in the Kingdom.

5- If the principal is a foreigner, the original contract shall be attested by the following competent authorities:
