1- A letter from the foreign principal stating the amendment of the contract based on what was mentioned in the contract concluded between the two parties, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the client’s country and the Saudi embassy in the client’s country.
2- A letter from the Saudi principal stating the amendment of the contract based on what was mentioned in the contract concluded between the two parties, certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Kingdom.
3- If an article (amending the basic contract) is not mentioned, the amendment shall be made according to the conclusion of a new contract between the two parties.
4- If the two parties to the contract are Saudis, the contract shall be attested by the Chamber of Commerce in the Kingdom.
5- If the principal is a foreigner, the original contract shall be attested by the following competent authorities:
Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Chamber of Commerce in the client's country (if any) - Saudi Embassy in the client's country - Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Saudi Chamber of Commerce
