The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI), announced launching of online issuance of companies relating articles of association.
Applicants are only, required to fill forms to obtain MCI approval, from online.
The current launching process covers, initially, issuance for only, limited liability companies as well as partnership companies, in addition to limited partnership companies.
