MCI Real Estates' Committee will hold a public auction, in Majmaah, on Monday, to sell 7 plots' units of Jauharat Al-Miqbil shceme, of Miteb bin Abdulaziz Al-Miqbil and partner. It calls on investors and those interested to buy in the scheme, to attend the auction at Fakhama Hall, in Majmaah.
The committee aims to close the case file of this scheme, which has been stalled for so many years and to refund the contributors, as it delegated marketing assignments to Bandar Al-Humud Group for marketing and real estate development and organizing the auction to Rayat co, which works in the domain of organizing real estates' auctions. Noteworthy, the sizes of the scheme's plots for sale range from 832 and 550 sq. m.
What makes the scheme distinct, is its situation in Southern Majmaah, with integrated infrastructure and being adjacent to government, commercial and educational facilities.
