Real Estate Committee will hold an auction to sell 15 units of land plots, at Muhandiseen scheme, in Dalm, Southern Riyadh, on Wednesday.
The auction will take place in Farhati hall, on King Fahd Road in Dalm, in order to prepare for the final liquidation of the scheme to refund the contributors.
For this regard, the committee called on investors and citizens interested to bid for the remaining lots to attend.
Plots sizes range between 600-1320 sq.m. Situated among a number of housing schemes, entertaining integrated services and adjacent to all commercial and educational utilities.
Noteworthy, the committee has delegated the marketing to Bandar Humud for marketing and real estate development, organizing the auction to Rayat co. as that is its domain, while it will organize and market Jauhara Scheme plots, on next Monday, in Majma'ah 16/9/2013 and Durat Al-Jouf scheme on Wednesday, in Al-Jouf.
Worth mentioning, that the committee, under the chairmanship of the minister has decided, last week, to sell Burj Makkah scheme lot, in Makkah, at SR 19.45 per sq. m. with a total of SR 127,980 thousand for the whole lot of 6,579,96 sq.m.
