Swindling, Racketeering Firm Deceiving Citizens, Promising them Big Returns, Checked

31 Dec 2012

MCI detected and, consequently, terminated workings of a swindling and racketeering establishment, indulges in cheating citizens and selling them fake selling contracts of manufacturing chassis of Carryover trucks against SR 75,000 and a promise of getting an average profit worth SR 4,000 per month, through leasing and operating of these Carryovers vehicles, with other companies.

All these steps, are being done, without handing over the vehicle to the citizen, or even seeing it.
The detect, took place, following receiving reports against this establishment, enumerating its offends that range from issuance of bounced cheques, commercial covering and illegal employment.

Findings of MCI at the site of the factory, exposed lacking of due license and non-conformity with signed contracts concluded with the public, as there were there but a few carry over trucks, while the number of contracts exceeded 800, worth SR 60 million, at the expense of those deceived citizens, who are demanding to recover their rights on arrears of the fake lease.

MCI emphasized that it would not tolerate any irregularities or offends related to anti-commercial fraud, bounced cheques, manipulation of markets or swindling of citizens, via illegal activities.

It calls, henceforth, on all citizens, to report such cases to the phone no.: 800 124 1616 of Consumer's Complaint Centre.
