MC ANNOUNCES NAMES OF FOUR WINNERS OF TABUK CHAMBER ELECTIONS

The committee in charge of the election of members of the Tabuk Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors for the 11th session (1444 H -1448H) announced the results of the election after the voting process concluded on Tuesday evening via the electronic voting system.

The committee overseeing the Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors elections endorsed the success of four candidates. The winners are: Fahad Nehailim Raheel Al-Anzi who earned 580 votes, Saeed Mohammed Jibran Al-Qahtani who received 486 votes, Ibrahim Mohammed Asi Al-Atawi who had 454 votes, and Gharib Mohammed Makhlad Al-Otaibi who got 382 votes. 

The Electoral Organizing Committee said the voting process was conducted in line with the organizational mechanism, employing modern technology means to elect and vote, and offering the voter the option of individual voting and group voting for members of the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Law of Chambers of Commerce and its Implementing Regulations, the Ministry of Commerce oversees and regulates the election of chambers of commerce boards of directors in order to improve transparency and the effectiveness of the chambers’ performance. 

The Ministry also monitors how committed the chamber of commerce’s candidates are to respecting other candidates' rights and fair competition, including refraining from interfering with their election campaigns.
