The Ministry of Commerce has announced a recall of 14,019 Simplex Autocall fire alarms of the Xenon-LED models for the year 2021. This recall is due to the potential risk of these devices failing to provide visual and/or audible alerts during alarm conditions and fire incidents, which could result in injuries and property damage.
Users are advised to contact Al Salem Johnson Controls (AUTOCALL) at 920003588, Saudi Electronic Trading Company at 0112063377, Technical Equipment and Services Company at 0114505040, and Al Mutaboli for Sound and Communications at 0122239735 to have the affected devices inspected and replaced free of charge.
