The Ministry of Commerce has published the outcomes of the joint innovation initiative recently launched to gather public input on the “most innovative ideas to develop tools that enhance e-participation on the Ministry’s portal for clients with physical disabilities.”
A specialized team from the Ministry studied and analyzed the feedback and suggestions. Based on the findings, a series of actions will be taken to enable clients with physical disabilities to access the Ministry’s services in ways that meet their needs, promote their independence and well-being, and facilitate the completion of their transactions.
This initiative comes within the framework of enhancing electronic participation and was carried out in partnership with the Digital Government Authority.
