MCI calls enterprises with GCC co-owners to update their commercial registers data

The Ministry of Commerce and Investment urges the enterprises (also private enterprises) owned and co-owned by Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens to visit the Ministry or one of its branches to update their data listed in the commercial register by presenting the national identifications of their Saudi co-partners within 30 business days from the date of this announcement. Thus, Un updated commercial registers will be suspended.

This comes within the ministry plan to update the companies and enterprises data and verify the investors’ information in the kingdom, which will facilitate easy communication with these establishments and enable the ministry to present the best services like the electronic service pack.

The ministry will continue its efforts in facilitating and offering the best services to the business sector in the Kingdom which will improve the trade and investment environment.
