The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 1,006 “Trek” children’s bicycles of the Precaliber model, in various sizes, model years 2024 to 2026, due to a defect in the rear brake system that may result in its malfunction, which increases the likelihood of losing control of the bicycle and the occurrence of an accident.
The Ministry urged users to immediately stop using the bicycles included in the recall and to contact Wheels Trading Company at the toll-free number (8001111034) to schedule a free repair appointment and receive a purchase voucher worth 75 riyals.
The Ministry also calls on users to verify whether the model number is covered by the recall campaign through the Product Recall Center website (Recalls.sa).
