The Ministry of Commerce is surveying the Opinions of the Public and those Interested about Cancelling the Licensing Requirement for Debt Collection Activity

Based on the principle of transparency and participation, the Ministry of Commerce calls on those interested and the public to express their opinions and suggestions regarding the proposal of cancelling the licensing requirement for debt collection activity (for individuals), via e-mail, ,deadline 12.03.1442, corresponding to 29.10.2020.

The Ministry of Commerce stated that it intends to cancel the licensing requirement for debt collection activity, in an effort to facilitate and ease practicing business activity, also to reduce the requirements related to this activity, as well as to improve the business and economic environment in the Kingdom and to promote it in accordance with the best global practices, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

The Ministry of Commerce calls on those interested and the public to participate and express their opinions on the proposal of cancelling the licensing requirement for debt collection activity, by sending their comments to the following e-mail: (professionallicenses@mc.gov.sa).
