Based on the noble Royal Order to refer overseeing of Salah Abdullah Al-Nafisi's schemes (Tumur Al-Mamlaka), to the MCI Real Estate Schemes' Committee consideration, as it falls within its domain.
Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. TAWFIG FAWZAN ALRABIAH, who is also the President of the Real Estate Committee, decided on Monday 15/04/1434 to end the assignment issued by the magistrate Humud Al-Rabian of the Public Court-to appointing a receiver to oversee schemes and possessions related to Al-Nafisi "Tumur Al-Mamlaka".
Henceforth, the committee will replace, from now on, the receiver and oversee all duties and assignments related to Al-Nafisi schemes and possessions.
