The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has Inaugurated the web site for regulating the Real Estate and the sale on the map. This site contains the Rules and Regulations regulating the work of the Real Estate Offices and the sale on the map procedures, this will enable the Ministry to receive complaints and suggestions with that regard.
It is worth mentioning that the web site also contains ongoing updates for the projects that have got licenses for selling Real Estate units on the map.
The Ministry is intending to launch an electronic system special for the Sale on the Map Management. Through the belief of the Ministry in the role of the community and their opinion in creating Real Estate environment built on the right foundations, the General Secretariat of the Sale on the Map Committee has launched a questionnaire about the System of the Sale on the Map, where this questionnaire aims at those who had previous experience in purchasing through the sale on the map.
