Based on the principle of participation and transparency, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment calls on those interested and the public to express their opinions and suggestions on the proposal of the Implementing Regulations for Precious Metals and Gemstones Law and its relevant provisions.

Among the most important provisions of the proposed law are the identification of the concept of the precious metals and gemstones, also specifying the official criteria for precious metals and gemstones, as well as the conditions for practicing such activity, besides the obligations of the importer and the trader, and the procedures related to violation and penalties.
