His Excellency the President of the Republic of Costa Rica, Luis Guillermo Solis Rivera, received H.E. Dr. Majid Bin Abdullah Al Qasabi, Minister of Commerce and Investment, in the presence of H.E. the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Mexico, Hammad Bin Ghanem Al-Ruwaili.
During the reception, H.E. the Minister of Commerce and Investment conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, also the greetings of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to H.E. the Costa Rican President.
H.E. Dr. Al Qasabi discussed with the Costa Rican president the ways of enhancing cooperation between the two countries in various fields, also increasing the expertise exchange, as well as encouraging and promoting trade exchange, in addition to discussing the investment in renewable energy, agricultural sector and infrastructure, besides reviewing the investment opportunities that contribute to the realization of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
It is worth mentioning that the delegation, headed by His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Investment, includes representatives from the Public Investment Fund, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the General Authority for Investment and the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company “SALIC”.
