The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 5,523 Belkin holders and wireless chargers of several models, due to the possibility of battery temperature rising during use, which increases the risk of a fire.
The Ministry urged consumers to immediately stop using the product, and to contact the company at the toll-free number 8008441372 to return the product and receive a refund.
The Ministry also calls on users to verify whether their model number is included in the recall campaign through the website of the Defective Products Recall Center: Recalls.sa.
