In order to make all customers avail of MCI services, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment provides, for the first time, all services to the business sector at night during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Seven major centers in different regions of the Kingdom will provide the needed services from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am. This is in addition to the official morning working hours.
The branches of MCI Customer Services Centers are distributed in various regions of the Kingdom, as follows: Riyadh Customer Service Center (Exit 6), Madinah, Jeddah, Dammam, Abha, Buraidah and Najran.
The most prominent of these services are the Commercial Registration Services, Certificates of Origin, Corporate Services and others.
Through MCI official website (
mci.gov.sa), the Ministry also provides 52 e-services round the clock to companies, institutions and individuals in order to facilitate and ease starting up a business, enhance the investors’ confidence and improve the commercial and investment environment of the Kingdom.
MCI would like to confirm rendering all efforts to have the best performance, facilitate and ease the procedures, save time and effort and rely on providing the electronic services, besides linking with the relevant authorities, so as to increase the level of transparency and credibility in providing the best services to beneficiaries.
