The Ministry of Commerce has stated that the financial statements of both the partnership and limited partnership companies must be prepared by the shareholders or the company director, as stipulated in the company's articles of association or a separate agreement.
Additionally, the Ministry highlighted the necessity to submit the financial statements of partnership and limited partnership companies, including the auditor's report - if applicable - as dictated by the regulations, within six months following the end of the fiscal year.
The Ministry urges businesses to utilize the "Quwaem” digital platform for their submissions to steer clear of potential legal infractions pertaining to the provisions of the Companies Law.
