com.cr.saThe campaign also aims to instruct the investors on the differences between institutions and companies in various aspects of establishing, legal accountability, ownership, and profits and losses, after the Council of Minister's approval for the new adjustments made to the corporate system.
The Ministry of Commerce and Investment wanted the investors and companies to benefit from the advantages of the easy tree-steps electronic services in the website: 1- Apply through the website
com.cr.sa 2- Authenticate the contract 3- Pay the unified bill, that covers the establishing fees, commercial registration fees and the chambers of commerce subscription fees.
Is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Commerce and Investment has recently introduced a fast track for issuing the companies' establishment contracts with automatic verification without the need to attend the ministry's headquarters or present any documents. This system has been developed and supervised in cooperation with THIQAH for Business Services as a strategic partner to MCI in systems and technical solutions.
The system is one of the initiatives that have been introduced to facilitate and accelerate the procedures, in conformity with the vision of the Kingdom 2030 to improve the investment environment of the Kingdom and enhance its competitiveness in the ease of doing business.
