MCI called on the inheritors of the deceased, holding commercial registers to apply for amending the status of those registers, either by transferring it to one of them or to a company.
The Ministry set a given period of three months as a moratorium, beginning from the date of publishing the announcement, to modify their registers' status, failure to modify them within that period, would duly lead to cancel them, in accordance with the applicable law.
The decision aroused against a backdrop of more than 9,000 commercial registers relating to the dead, yet to be modified or amended.
