The Ministry has stressed that the objective of this regulation is to enhance the performance of committees within the Council of Chambers and the commercial chambers by aligning them with the best international practices. It is designed to fortify strategic partnerships to foster economic activities across various regions of the Kingdom and to elevate the competitive edge of the business sector.
The Ministry has also been keen to enhance the role of committees in contributing to the development of projects, systems, regulations, and decisions related to the private sector. It aims to empower investors and entrepreneurs to maximize the opportunities and relative advantages of the Kingdom's regions and provinces. This is achieved through their roles in identifying the challenges of the private sector, stimulating the presence of competitive economic entities, and providing information and statistics related to various sectors.
