The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has launched ‘Nama’ summer club for the sons and daughters of its employees. Nama aims to provide the proper environment that will prepare the children for practical experiences in their area of interest and give the necessary knowledge from an early age.
This program was directed to boys between the ages of 7-9 and girls from 7-10 and gave the children opportunities to experience their favorite jobs and hobbies in many areas including Healthcare, Chemistry, Theater, Artistic Talent, Innovation, Trade and Programming.
This comes within the internal communication activities that the Ministry is organizing throughout the year for its employees and their families.
The Ministry aims to strengthen internal communication activities for its employees, hold events that are adequate to the nature of the seasons. It also aims to build a culture of effective communication through sharing knowledge and cooperation and increase staff and their families interact and create a distinctive and motivational work environment.
The Ministry also intends to develop and activate the role of internal communication and all that would strengthen the bonds of cooperation, create a motivating productive work environment, and the development of effective methods of communication.
