The Real Estate Shareholding Commission sets the date of 01.06.1435H. corresponding to 01.04.2014 for the auction sale of the Kingdom Dates factory, farms and branches belonging to Salah Al Nafisi shareholdings, where the total area offered for sale will be 12.5 million square meters representing the farms areas of the Kingdom Dates shareholdings, which annually produce about 2,200 tons of the finest and most luxurious types of dates.
The said Commission explained that the auction will be held to sell the assets of the factory, farms and branches of the Kingdom Dates in nine cities ( Riyadh, Makkah, Jeddah, Jubail, Khamis Mushat, Najran, Tabuk, Abha, Dammam ) the said Commission called for investors willing to bid on the factory and palm farms which are distinguished with various agricultural spaces producing a variety of the finest and most luxurious types of dates including( Majdoul, Khlass, Sukkari and others).
The Kingdom Dates Showrooms and their branches are characterized as well by their unique positions in the most active centers and commercial sites in various regions of the Kingdom .
It is worth mentioning that the said commission had succeeded in its first auction to sell the land of Makkah belonging to the same group with one billion and 197 million riyals, and the Commission is working currently with the Execution Judge in the Public Court in Makkah to finish the notarial procedures and to receive the value in order to start the liquidation, after the completion of the work of the Certified Public Accountants Offices and advisory and legitimacy committees, within the first phase of giving back the rights of the shareholders ( re- equity). The balance for the shareholders will be settled after the completion of the sale of the assets and real estates of the shareholding.
