In Hail, MCI Confiscated Foodstuff, Electrics and Counterfeit Spare Parts

MCI inspection teams' rounds, confiscated about 4 thousand counterfeit and expired commodities, recently, in Hail city, Hail Region.
 
The case has been filed to prosecution authorities, to take proper action, as these are acts of cheating and deception.
      
Among seized commodities, are herbal materials and electric appliances, oils, vehicles' spare parts, harmful cosmetics, banned and contraband electronic toys, which are sold through cheating and falsely promoting their quality.
 
MCI, therefore, warns of sale or promotion of contrabands and/ or counterfeit commodities, pointing that it will, strictly, impose applicable statutory punishments against violators, who are jeopardizing the public health and the threatening consumers' safety, in addition to defame them, in public, following the judicial sentencing.
 
On the other hand, MCI says, it will continue with such inspection round, in marketplaces, warehouses and installations to guarantee malpractices' free market.
