Under the aegis of the Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. TAWFIG FAWZAN ALRABIAH, who is also the Chairman of the MCI Real Estate Committee, a public auction to sell 148 land plots, within the Arjuan land lot scheme at King Abdullah quarter, in the middle of Riyadh city, will take place on Monday. The size of a plot is ranging from 378 sq. m. to 3850 sq. m.
Al-Rimaih Holding Co. as the promoter of the land lot, has invited real estate personalities and interested ones, to attend the auction which will take place at 04 P.M, at Madariem Crown hotel, at Al-Falah quarter, giving to King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh.
MCI real estate committee has stipulated that a purchaser shall pay a cheque of 90 per cent of the plot value, when it is awarded to him, for the real estate committee, in addition to another cheque of 2.5 per cent of the value, for Al-Rimaih Holding company, as a commission against the promotion.
On the other hand, the Secretary General of the committee Hamza bin Abdulaziz Al-Askar said the new auction of Arjuan scheme, is considered to be among the most prominent to be held in Riyadh, notably that the auction is taking place in its down-town and that the plots are entertaining all services and amenities for housing and investment, alike, as it situated among well-established and existing housing schemes and it is accessible from so many directions, especially the newly inaugurated Al-Urubah road (linking eastern-western ends of Riyadh and extending through a tunnel built underground Riyadh Air Base).
On the other hand, the Secretariat has called on all interested to exercise their rights to attend the auction, at the venue of the plots.
It also asked them to log into Arab National Bank (ANB) website, filling the relevant forms, acquiring a number for the request and, then, to review any branch of the ANB, holding their original possession documents relating to the land scheme, IDs and IBAN number to update their accounts and delivering their original possession documents to the bank, in order that they may complete their enrollment and collect their dues, following the selling procedures, pointing that a form to update data, is available at the committee's website as well as ANB website, too.
