The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has organized a workshop to introduce "E-Commerce System and its Executive Regulations", aiming at raising awareness of all aspects related to E-Commerce System and its Executive Regulations. This workshop is attended by representatives of e-stores and practitioners in this field.

The workshop included a detailed explanation of all the provisions of E-Commerce System and its relevant Regulations, including data of the e-contract and its conditions, cases in which it is not permissible to terminate the contract, correcting the electronic letter, invoice data to be provided to the consumer, protecting the consumer’s data, authentication of e-stores, terms and conditions of e-advertisement, besides cases where the commodity cannot be returned, or the order be canceled.

This workshop comes within the Ministry’s plan, relevant to E-Commerce System and its Executive Regulations; that is why MCI is holding awareness and educational seminars for all interested and those working in this sector.
