As part of the partnership with the consumer who plays a crucial role in improving and enhancing the quality of services, the Ministry of Commerce has released a survey titled “Consumer Satisfaction with Auto Agents” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Ministry emphasized it is keen to grow and strengthen consumer services through coordination and continuous communication with enterprises. Therefore, it set KPIs to monitor performance on a regular basis, which will be discussed transparently with agents and consumers.
His Excellency Dr. Majid Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce, met with automotive agents in the Kingdom in June to discuss the development of after-sales, warranty, maintenance, spare parts, and other services that must be improved in order to increase consumer satisfaction and confidence in the local market.
The Ministry of Commerce is developing similar surveys including one on electrical and electronic appliance agents and e-stores to develop these industries in collaboration with consumers and boost consumer confidence in the services provide.
