Inspection Rounds Seize Counterfeit Products, in malls
 
A lot of expired pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, some bearing sexual claims, have been, recently, confiscated and demolished by MCI inspection teams' rounds, in so many marketplaces, in Tabuk.
 
The case file has been filed to prosecution authorities, to take proper action, as these are acts of cheating and deception, in addition to threatening public health and the consumers.
 
As many as one thousand units of these commodities have been checked in perfumes' shops, which promote various medicines and foodstuff, among are aphrodisiacs, amulet, talisman, honey and a number of toys taking the shape of detonators.
 
 
Counterfeit commodities, including pornography have been, also, confiscated.
 
MCI, therefore, warns of the sale or promotion of contrabands and/ or counterfeit commodities, pointing that it will, strictly, impose applicable statutory punishments on violators.
 
On the other hand, it will continue with such inspection round, to guarantee malpractices free market
