Business Improvement Committee Launches a new E-Service “WOSOL” to Facilitate Communication among Business Owners

Business Improvement Committee, chaired by H.E. the Minister of Commerce and Investment, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Qasabi, has launched today 15.11.2017 a new e-service “WOSOL”, which aims to facilitate and ease communication among business owners in the Kingdom and those wishing to communicate with them, whether individuals or commercial establishments. This will have a positive impact in supporting the development in the Kingdom, and would create a better chance among all those concerned in getting investment opportunities.

The e-service “WOSOL” comes as part of the services that the committee is seeking to launch within Meras initiative (meras.gov.sa) , which will contribute to achieving the strategic objective of Supporting Channels of Communication with Business Community. This is within the initiatives of the National Transformation Program and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The aforementioned Committee also pointed out that this e-service contains many features and advantages, notably the provision of a virtual e-mail automatically issued to each business enterprise linked to its Commercial Registration. The CR number will appear through @ cr.sa, like (1234567890@cr.sa) Any e-mail will be automatically sent to the owner’s e-mail, registered in “WOSOL” e-service, according to the data of MCI, Ministry of Labor, Social Development and Chambers of Commerce.

Any individual or Est. can easily communicate with business owners through having access to the website (wosol.sa) then searching for the name of the Est., after that the Est. data will be shown, also its CR number, the website and the e-mail, then communication with such Est. can easily be done.

MCI would like to call on the CR owners to quickly update and complete their communication data through the e-service website in order to facilitate and ease communication with them by individuals or other commercial Establishments.
