H.E. the Minister of Commerce and Investment, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Qassabi, has inaugurated "Mawarid" system, relevant to the Ministry's staff. It is one of the pillars of King Salman’s Program for the Development of Human Resources.
“Mawarid” system aims to develop work environment through modern mechanisms and technologies, related to human resources, in order to increase productivity and raise the efficiency of employees.
H.E. Dr. Al-Qassabi considers that “Mawarid” System will contribute to the development of employees’ capabilities and skills, besides providing a stimulating and attractive work environment. H. E. added: "The employee is the backbone and the main factor for any facility, upon the development of human resources services, this will reflect positively on the work environment, and consequently will enhance productivity."
H.E. the Minister of Commerce and Investment expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Civil Service team and to MCI Human Resources and Information Technology team for their great efforts and on-going work until this program has been achieved. H.E. Dr. Al Qassabi honored the employees who had been working during the last period to prepare “Mawarid” System.
