The Ministry of Commerce said the formerly known “Translation of Register” service is now available at the Saudi Business Center and under a new name “Printing the English Register” and that starting 15 March 2023, the service is instantaneous and costless.
The fee of SR100 has been canceled and now the service is available at no charge as part of the facilities provided to businesses and enterprises.
The business platform and the physical branches of the Saudi Business Center offer the services provided by the ministries of Commerce; Investment; Human Resources and Social Development; Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing; Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, General Organization of Social Insurance, the Council of Saudi Chambers.
In addition, it gives access to services offered by 25 entities related to the business sector.
More than 750 different services are available at the Center, with 16 locations in 13 different cities across the Kingdom. These include the issuance and modification of registers, business licenses, and certificates of origin, the documentation of contracts and transactions, the transfer and updating of establishment data, the appointment and registration of employees and authorized persons, the transfer of ownership and guarantees, the issuance of visas, the provision of tax return services, zakat, and social insurance, and the issuance of visas.
