The Ministry of Commerce and Investment announced providing a new service for amending the Commercial Registration online for Limited Liability Companies, General Partnership Companies, Limited Partnership Companies, without the need to attend MCI Customer Service Centers.
MCI said that the new e-services include amending the Commercial Registration, relevant to: (Trade Activities, Company Address, Manager).
MCI Customers can avail of this service through the following link:
e.mci.gov.sa. Then they can follow the outlined steps to do the necessary amendments on their C.R.
Thus all the services related to the companies have become online, starting from setting up the company to amending the C.R., authentication of contracts, partners' decisions and others, without the need to attend any of MCI branches or customer service centers.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry had already launched last year the service of establishing companies online, followed by the electronic authentication, partners' decisions, and other e-services, in order to facilitate and computerized the services for the customers, so that to improve the efficiency and reliability of such services in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030.
