The Saudi Ministry of Commerce revealed that it is possible to add various commercial activities in one commercial registry for institutions in the same region instead of issuing a separate commercial registry for each.
The ministry indicated that institutions no longer need to issue independent commercial records for activities such as the wholesale sale of perfumes, the manufacture of auto parts and parts, the cultivation of ornamental plants, and seedlings and other activities, as all these activities can be combined in one commercial register in the same region.
With this measure, the Ministry aims facilitate to commercial work, enhance transparency and reliability, improve the commercial environment, and reduce financial burdens on commercial establishments by allowing diverse activities in one commercial registry.
