MCI launches the Electronic Registration of Trademarks

MCI has launched the service of Trademark Electronic Registration, which enables the beneficiary of recording his Trademark and publishing it without having to visit the Ministry. It is the first service of its kind in the Middle East, it contributes to the development and facilitation of trade in the kingdom and preserving the trademark rights, whether it is for an establishment, an individual or an agent. Accordingly, MCI invites all businessmen to register their trademarks at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for  more commercial security and to gain the confidence of the consumer, through the service of MCI Electronic Trademarks site in the Ministry`s link:  tm.mci.gov.sa 

MCI is very keen on launching the Trademark Registration Electronically and to automate all steps of service from submitting the request, to the acceptance, accrediting and payment electronically till the publishing and registering the Trademark, with the possibility of getting any objection electronically through the board of grievance, so as to ensure ease of service to the beneficiary and visiting the MCI is no longer required.
