The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has announced the start of submitting the application for issuing discounts licenses for Going Back to School Season through the Electronic Discounts System for the period from 24.12.1440 AH to 08.01.1441 AH, corresponding to 25.08. to 07.09.2019. Therefore, the owners of shops and e-stores can apply for the seasonal discounts licenses without deducting from their discounts balance available annually.
The owners of shops and e-stores in the Kingdom can apply for the seasonal discounts licenses and avail of this service by having access to the Electronic Discounts System (Sales.mci.gov.sa), then choosing the type of license, next completing the rest of the procedures, also paying the license fees online through SADAD system, and finally printing the license.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Commerce and Investment had already announced launching the Electronic Discounts Licensing System, in cooperation with Thiqa Business Services Company, to enable the owners of shops and e-stores in the Kingdom to apply for the seasonal discounts licenses that are pre-determined by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
